Could you be the full-time onsite Saudi National - Construction Intern in AlUla, Saudi Arabia we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your burgeoning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative teammates. You'll support the Construction team in the coordination of Site Activities, ensuring that our projects in AlUla, Saudi Arabia are executed efficiently. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Engineering, Quality Control, and Safety Management), track and report progress on-site, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Assisting with the preparation and implementation of construction site coordination plans,

  • Observing and reporting on the progress of construction activities,

  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations on the construction site,

  • Participating in project meetings and providing input on construction processes,

  • Collaborating with team members to resolve on-site issues,

  • Contributing to the documentation of construction progress and site conditions,

  • Learning and applying construction management best practices,

  • Supporting the management of construction resources and materials,

  • Communicating effectively with construction personnel and project stakeholders,

  • Engaging in continuous learning to enhance skills and adapt to changing project requirements"

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field,

  • Experience or understanding of construction processes and site management,

  • Familiarity with construction safety regulations and standards,

  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving,

  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with changing demands,

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
