Could you be the full-time onsite Saudi National "Communication Director - KSA/Gulf & Egypt" in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic communication and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll ensure consistent communications externally and internally to support our business in the KSA/Gulf & Egypt region. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including marketing, public relations, and executive leadership), support local communications directors in organizing and coordinating Alstom external events in accordance with the budget and internal processes, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Developing and executing communication strategies to enhance our company's presence and leadership in the region,

Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment of internal and external messaging,

Managing media relations and maximizing opportunities for positive exposure,
-
Overseeing the production of high-quality content for press releases, company announcements, and digital platforms,
-
Coordinating with global communication teams to ensure consistency across all channels and initiatives,
-
Advising senior management on communication tactics and public relations matters,
-
Leading crisis communication efforts and maintaining the company's reputation,
-
Engaging with stakeholders to foster strong relationships and a positive organizational image,
-
Ensuring all communication activities comply with legal and ethical standards and reflect Alstom’s values of leadership, resilience, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.,

Analyzing the effectiveness of communication strategies and making data-driven improvements

Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field,

Experience or understanding of strategic communication planning and execution in a corporate setting,

Knowledge of media relations, corporate communications, and content creation,

Familiarity with the cultural and business landscape of KSA/Gulf & Egypt,

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic,

Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders,

Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor communications teams,

Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest communication trends and technologies,

Resilience and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment,

Capacity to manage budgets and coordinate events in line with company policies and processes
