Could you be the full-time onsite Civil Works Interface Engineer in AlUla, Saudi Arabia we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your multidisciplinary expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead the whole technical coordination between the Civil Works (CW) and the Electromechanical (E&M) designs, ensuring seamless integration and efficient interfaces management. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Project Management, Quality Assurance), spearhead design integration efforts, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Guiding the integration of Civil Works with Electromechanical systems,

  • Managing cross-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive project outcomes,

  • Developing and implementing strategies for effective design interface,

  • Overseeing and resolving technical discrepancies between CW and E&M components,

  • Facilitating communication between engineering departments,

  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations,

  • Providing technical leadership and support to project teams,

  • Reviewing and approving design documents and plans,

  • Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as necessary

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field,

  • Experience or understanding of technical coordination between Civil Works and Electromechanical designs,

  • Knowledge of interface management and design integration principles,

  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies,

  • Strong communication and leadership skills,

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team,

  • Resilience and adaptability in dynamic project environments,

  • Proven problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
