Could you be the full-time onsite Personal Assistant (Saudi National) in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational and interpersonal expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, supportive, and collaborative teammates. You'll provide a confidential, effective, and professional service to the Manager and their team, ensuring streamlined operations and enhanced productivity. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project & Bid Management, Administration, Communication), assist the Manager to guarantee time efficiency, communication and organization, and provide support on any specific subjects linked to the activities of the department, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Managing and prioritizing the Manager’s schedule to enhance time efficiency,

Ensuring effective and professional communication within the team and with external partners,

Handling confidential information with discretion and integrity,

Supporting the Manager and the team in project and bid management activities,
-
Assisting with the preparation and coordination of meetings and presentations,
-
Providing support on any specific subjects linked to the activities of the department,
-
Facilitating smooth and efficient workflow by managing correspondence and deadlines,
-
Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed,
-
Demonstrating adaptability to the dynamic needs of the department and projects,
-
Exhibiting a continuous learning mindset to stay ahead in a fast-paced environment"

Degree in Business Administration or relevant field,
