Could you be the full-time onsite ATC Signalling & Telecom Team leader in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia  we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and technical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and multicultural teammates.
You'll ensure service availability, meet maintenance targets, and exceed contractual obligations to drive operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, safety, and customer support), supervise and organize maintenance activities, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Delivering and applying preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to prevent failures. ,

  • Optimizing maintenance efficiencies to ensure smooth operations. ,

  • Applying and maintaining the safest methods of work by respecting rules and procedures. ,

  • Coordinating with other subsystems and stakeholders before undertaking work. ,

  • Supervising and organizing the team to meet and achieve contractual KPIs related to reliability, availability, and safety. ,

  • Participating in internal and contractual training programs and training team members to maintain an adequate level of knowledge. ,

  • Carrying out due diligence during ATC, Signaling, and Communication activities in agreement with management. ,

  • Supervising safe working environments through strict application of method statements, permits to work, and Alstom safety rules. ,

  • Ensuring critical issues are proactively identified, professionally addressed, and followed up. ,

  • Reporting transparently on project status, KPIs, and configuration changes using the proper tools."

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronical Engineering. ,

  • Experience or understanding of maintaining ATC, ATS, SCADA, IXL, MSS, DCS, and TETRA systems. ,

  • Familiarity with supervising multicultural teams and managing maintenance activities. ,

  • Knowledge of railway products and systems. ,

  • Strong communication skills and a team spirit approach. ,

  • Proficiency in risk management, particularly related to power supply and railway safety. ,

  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure. ,

  • Planning and organizational skills to meet availability and reliability targets. ,

  • Sense of urgency and adaptability to meet business objectives. ,

  • Commitment to safety and adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
