Purpose of the job
The Industrialisation manager is responsible to perform the following  (at the project level):
- Apply & Deploy industrialization processes and standards
- Manage Tools, Industrialisation & Industrial data management
- Manage and improve the industrial performance of the unit /project by deploying lean tools and culture.

Organizational Reporting
- Reports hierarchically to Industrial Director, and functionaly to the Site Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Strategy
- Give support to tenders as needed
- Identify internal CAPEX needs.
- Identify internal training needs. Help developing & implementing training.
- Ensure proper execution of industrial strategy in the operations,

Industrialization
- Ensure the consistency of all Industrialization topics (Tooling, Industrial data, Industrialization & Methods)
- Create / Manage Industrial documents (i.e. work instructions, task sequences…) for maintenance, Renovation & Modernization.
- Secure deployment and good usage of all industrial Tools (SES, Task Sequences..)
- Identify the needs in terms of Safety, EHS, special processes, Q alerts, etc. in production operations.
- Define Jigs & tools.
- Give technical support to Operations.
- Manage industrial data accuracy for MMIS (SAP industrial data set up, Task List, Parts, Tools, BOM…)

Industrial Standards
- Deploy & ensure compliance with central standards : Lean tools, EHS (i.e. ergonomics), special processes, IT tools
- Give REX to industrial network (central & depots) to improve standards.

Industrial performance
- Industrial dashboard consolidation & improvement
- Through Put Time Reduction
- Method time reduction.    
- Share & implement best practices with industrial network.
- Give REX to platform for future Bids
- Manage action plan to achieve continuous improvement in SQCD

- degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- experience in either a maintenance or production / overhaul environment
- good knowledge of industrialization tools and methods and techniques
- experience of SAP systems .
- knowledge of industrial flows and real-world operations. 
- a problem-solving mindset. 
- familiarity with project management and process improvement in a similar industrial environment.
- ability to develop tailored solutions. 
- expertise in work planning with broader capabilities in engineering and logistics.
- exceptional communication and leadership skills to challenge and guide project direction. 
- resilience and adaptability to manage complex projects.
- a continuous learning mindset
- regular assessment, defining and implementing actions to improve our performance for e.g. the APSYS roadmap (internal operational excellence system of Alstom) and other programs.
- actively participate in meetings of these excellence programs and participate in the broader local and global network.
- stay in contact with process owners to implement improvements and chase follow-up.
