Could you be the full-time Fleet Support Center Officer in Ridderkerk, Netherlands we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your data-driven and technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals.

 

You'll play a crucial role in improving the performance of trains, trams, metros, and locomotives by leveraging data to enhance efficiency and reliability. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Customer Maintenance Teams, System Engineering, and Product Introduction), maintain and optimize our digital toolsets, and enhance the availability of customer fleets through innovative solutions.

 

You’ll specifically take care of managing the Alstom digital data infrastructure and creating service orders for customers, but also monitoring real-time data flows and identifying optimization opportunities for customers.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Creating and communicating service orders and other relevant updates to customers

  • Being the first line of communication for internal and external customers

  • Implementing, monitoring, and updating the Rule engine in HealthHub™

  • Translating technical specifications into actionable solutions using Alstom’s digital toolset

  • Ensuring the optimal application of Alstom’s digital tools

  • Monitoring and acting on disruptions impacting data availability

  • Identifying new data-driven opportunities and optimization for customers

  • Defining standard rules to analyze vehicle diagnostic data

  • Participating in critical task forces dedicated to troubleshooting

  • Contributing to continuous improvement through standardization and process optimization

  • Bachelor’s degree in business ICT, business administration, engineering, or data science management

  • Experience or understanding of data retrieval, elaboration, and analysis

  • Knowledge of data modeling, algorithm development, and predictive analytics

  • Familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau, and advanced Excel skills

  • Programming skills in SQL, Python, or R Studio

  • Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into data-driven solutions

  • Proactive approach with flexibility and adaptability to challenges
