Could you be the full-time Digital Service Center Lead we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your digital transformation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and innovative teammates.

 

You'll drive Alstom’s digital service transformation by ensuring the data infrastructure for real-time monitoring, predictive models, and condition-based maintenance is fully operational and continuously evolving. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (data specialists, fleet managers, and internal stakeholders), develop new data-driven products using scrum methodology, and much more.

 

You’ll specifically take care of leading and coaching a team of data and operations specialists, but also act as the representative of the Fleet Support Center within Alstom and with customers.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading, developing, and coaching a team of 5–6 data and operations specialists.

  • Delivering a reliable data infrastructure and meeting KPIs such as data availability, rule reliability, and cost savings.

  • Executing daily service activities in line with SLA’s and customer contracts.

  • Providing monthly performance reporting and defining improvement actions.

  • Driving the development of new data-driven products and services using the scrum methodology.

  • Communicating regularly with customers, fleet managers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Representing the Fleet Support Center within Alstom and with customers.


All about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business ICT, Business Administration, Data Science, or Engineering (with relevant data analysis expertise).

  • Experience with data infrastructures, modelling, and algorithm development.

  • Skilled in tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.

  • Programming experience in SQL, Python, or R is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with scrum/agile methodologies.

  • Experience in rail/rolling stock or maintenance environments is a plus.

  • Strong leadership skills to grow, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team.

  • Proactive and innovative mindset, with a focus on high standards.

  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to translate customer needs into data-driven solutions.

  • Process-oriented and results-driven, with a structured approach and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills to connect with customers, engineers, and management.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; German is an advantage.

  • Experience in change management and stakeholder influencing is a plus.
