Could you be the full-time EHS Project Coordinator in Rabat we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your environmental, health, and safety (EHS) expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team committed to excellence and innovation.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation of EHS standards and practices across our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project management, operational teams, and other internal resources), provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with EHS standards, and contribute to fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
You’ll specifically take care of conducting EHS risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures, but also supporting the development and maintenance of emergency plans.
We’ll look to you for:

Assisting project management in addressing EHS-related matters.

Collaborating with internal resources to achieve EHS objectives.

Carrying out EHS risk assessments and defining control measures.
-
Participating in the implementation and updating of emergency plans.
-
Supervising EHS aspects of project-related activities.
-
Providing advice and support to project personnel to prevent accidents, facility damage, and environmental pollution.

Recognizing best practices and exemplary performance in EHS.

Reporting and addressing non-compliance with regulations and Alstom standards.

Advising staff on applicable EHS aspects of project activities.

Supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of local procedures and tools in alignment with Alstom and international standards (AZDP, TOPE, APSYS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Promoting a strong EHS culture on-site through training, awareness sessions, and toolbox meetings.

Conducting legal compliance checks for specific EHS requirements.

Assisting in the investigation and analysis of incidents to implement corrective and preventive measures.

Preparing monthly EHS reports and conducting workplace inspections and audits.

Degree in EHS, risk prevention, or equivalent

Operational experience in a similar role.

Experience or qualification in delivering electrical training is a plus.

Previous experience as an EHS trainer is appreciated.

Strong knowledge of EHS regulations.

Ability to communicate effectively and engage teams.

Observation skills, pedagogical approach, and attention to detail.

Proficiency in office tools and software.
