What will you do in your job:

  • Manage Recruitment Projects: Identify, assess and submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, based on provided job description within a technical recruiting environment.
  • Acquire a thorough technical understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants
  • Identify and implement relevant sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
  • Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members across our Regions.
  • Develop an ongoing and diverse Talent pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants. Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates.
  • Among other responsibilities and challenges.

  • At ease in working with complex recruitment projects
  • Highly  analytical, action and detail oriented
  • Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business information such as job descriptions, business articles, industry best-practices etc.
  • Excellent time management & organizational ability
  • Aptitude in communicating with stakeholders across different regions.
  • Global & Cultural Awareness
  • Strong ability to listen.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages (desired)
