Your Role, Your Impact

  • Administer and support CA & US pension and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and external partners to resolve benefits-related queries.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to process enhancements that improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Support communication and education initiatives to help employees understand their benefits.
 
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

 

What You Bring

  • Advanced English and desirable French.
  • Canada & US benefits and pension knowledge.
  • Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or similar.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
