Join us as a Training Coordinator and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based at our JFK Airport site in New York.

 

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering training, coordinating training logistics, developing training schedules, keeping course content current, maintaining documentation (through Document Control System), revising/writing operating manuals, and reviewing/evaluating outside instructors and their training material. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop training schedules and register students in courses.
  • Manage the reproduction and distribution of all training material including student and instructor guides and coordinating all site functions and classrooms and equipment needed prior to training class.
  • Manage and maintain Document Control System as stated in contract between the Company & PANYNJ.
  • Ensure employees have required certification to do their jobs and employees are in compliance with training requirements outlined in their job classifications. 
  • Deliver training and provide feedback to students and Managers to ensure they reach required proficiency levels to qualify/certify in job functions. 
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience in an administrative position managing record keeping and reporting.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Training Coordinator.
  • Experience working in healthcare or a technical industry.
