Welder ATRE

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  

1. Be responsible for the welding of the bogie frame.

负责转向架构架的焊接工作。

2. Execute assembly and welding of parts made of steel on plate/tube from 1,5mm to 20mm thickness in all welding positions performing the welding process: MAG.

具备全位置的MAG焊接技能，可以在1.5 mm至20mm厚的钢板或管上进行钢部件的组装和焊接。

3. Regulating and preparing the welding equipment according to work instruction (voltage, amperage, welding speed, oscillation, flow of shielding gas and so on).

根据工作说明(电压、安培、焊接速度、脉冲、保护气体流量等)调节和准备焊接设备。

4. TIG is desirable in order to be used in case of welding repairs、backing weld and tack welding.

具备用于焊接修复、点固焊、打底焊的TIG焊接能力。

5. Use tools, equipment and instruments such as: measuring tape, weld gauge, square and gauges to make visual weld checking.

使用工具、设备和仪器，如:卷尺、比例尺、直角尺和量规进行目视焊接检查。

6. Can cooperate with inspectors or scribers and straightener for responsive inspection and marking、straightening activities. Defects in welds and dimensions can be repaired.

可以同检查工（含NDT）、划线工、校直工一同进行焊接检查、划线、校直等活动，并能修复这些活动中的缺陷。

7. Conduct assembly before welding, positioning the parts and performing tack welds to place them at the correct location, verifying the quality, specifications and measurements of the drawing.

焊接前进行组装，对零件进行定位，并进行点固以将其放置在正确的位置，验证图纸的质量，规格和尺寸。

8. Execute his/her duties following the norms, instructions and requirements contained in the procedures of the Quality Management System.

按照质量管理体系程序（含焊接质量体系）中的规范、指示和要求履行职责。

9. teaching the activities of other welding new workers, conveying instructions, technical norms, drawings, technical guidance and organization/cleaning of the equipment / workstations, so as to help them fulfill their activities within the deadlines established and comply with quality norms.

指导其他焊接新工人的活动，传达指令、技术规范、图纸、技术指导和设备/工作站的组织/清洁，以帮助他们在规定的期限内完成活动并符合质量规范。

10. Have team building awareness, such as these team activities：(5s / Autonomous Team / SMED / TPM / Self Inspection / Shop Floor Meeting ).

具有班组建设意识，例如以下团队活动: 5s /自治团队/ SMED / TPM /自检/车间会议。

11. Meet EHS requirements, such as Using personal protection equipment correctly, respecting the safety norms in place.

符合EHS要求，如正确使用个人防护用品，遵守安全规范等。

12. Execute workshop activities according to the needs of the area and through specific qualification.

根据生产任务的需要，可以执行具有特定资质要求的车间活动。

 MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

• Complete Elementary School and above.

中专及以上学历

•  Welding and thermal cutting special operation qualification

焊接与热切割特种作业操作资质

• Occupational Qualification Certificate of Senior Technician

高级技术职业资格证书。

Desirable:

1. Inspect or NDT certification for example IWI/VT/UT/CWI is preferred.

有检验员资质的优先。

2. Theoretical and practical knowledge of the welding process, requirement according to ISO 9606 standard.

具备ISO9606的理论知识和操作技能。

Experience

Mandatory:

1. More than 5 year experience in the welding sector of bogie frame.

5年以上转向架构架焊接经验。

2. Reactivity and relational qualities.

快速反应和良好的沟通能力。

Desirable:

1. Experience in welding of export frame is preferred

有出口构架的焊接经验优先。

2. Background of factory work in vehicle manufacturing enterprise is preferred.

有主机厂工作背景优先。

3. IWS Certificate is preferred

具备IWS证书优先。
