Production Coordinator

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  

• Production coordination and management:

生产协调与管理

• • Make production plan and allocate production plan according to customer demand and resource status.

制定生产计划，根据客户需求、资源状况分配生产计划。

• • Follow up the implementation of the production plan, optimize and adjust the plan in time, rationally allocate human, material and other resources, and adjust the production load.

跟踪生产计划的执行情况，及时对计划进行优化调整，合理调配人力、物力等资源，调整生产负荷。

• •  Determine the production capacity of the production line, coordinate the flow and work time allocation of each process, monitor and track the production progress, and manage the production delivery time.

确定生产线的生产能力，协调各工序的流程和工作时间分配，监控和跟踪生产进度，管理生产交货期。

• •  Grasp, collect, organize and analyze production data in real time, prepare production reports, and propose improvement and optimization suggestions based on data analysis results.

实时掌握、收集、整理和分析生产数据，编制生产报告，并根据数据分析结果提出改进和优化建议。

• •  Statistically analyze the daily production situation of the workshop, seek improvement, statistically analyze the cost consumption of the workshop, develop operational cost control measures

统计分析车间每日的生产情况，寻求改善，统计分析车间的成本消耗，制定可操作性的成本控制措施。

• • Supervise and inspect the work of workshop staff, warn and correct illegal operations, participate in the analysis of product quality problems, formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • 监督检查车间员工的工作，对违规操作提出警告并指正，参与产品质量问题的分析，制定并实施纠正预防措施。

Connect with warehouse to issue material requisition plan and dispatch order, implement standard time management for workshop staff.

与仓库对接下发物料领用计划和派工单，对车间员工实施标准工时管理。

• • Promote workshop APSYS and 5S site management, implement production workshop standardization management, and evaluate workshop employees' 5S implementation.

推进车间APSYS和5S 现场管理，实施生产车间标准化管理，考核车间员工的5S 执行情况。

• • Coordinate the relationship with other departments, communicate with superiors and other departments in time, solve the emergency in the production process, complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

协调与其他部门的关系，及时向上级和其他部门沟通，解决生产过程中发生的突发事件，完成领导交办的其它任务。

• Production equipment management:

生产设备管理

• • Organize the daily maintenance and maintenance of production equipment, rationally arrange the use of workshop equipment, give full play to the maximum efficiency of equipment, responsible for the daily management of workshop equipment and tools.

组织生产设备的日常维护和保养，合理安排车间设备的使用，充分发挥设备的最大效率，负责车间设备和工具的日常管理。

• Workshop EHS management:

车间EHS管理

• • Assist in the implementation of EHS management system of the enterprise, supervise the implementation of EHS management regulations by workshop employees, cooperate in carrying out safety inspection from time to time, identify and control the risk sources of the workshop, and manage the chemicals, general solid waste and hazardous waste in the workshop

协助实施企业EHS管理体系，监督车间员工执行EHS管理规定，配合不定期开展安全检查，识别和控制车间风险源，对车间化学品、一般固体废物和危险废物进行管理。

 MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

• Junior college studies and above.

大专及以上学历

Desirable:

• Good cross-departmental communication and coordination ability.

良好的跨部门沟通协调能力。

• Good English communication skill.

良好的英语沟通能力.

Experience

Mandatory:

• More than 5 years production planning and coordination management experience.

5年以上生产计划制定和协调管理经验.

• At least 3 years experience in plant and site management。

3年以上设备和现场管理经验。

Desirable:

• Working experience in rail transit industry is preferred

轨道交通行业工作经验优先

• Quality and site management experience is preferred

有质量和现场管理经验优先

• Equipment management experience is preferred

具备设备管理经验优先

• workshop EHS management experience is preferred

车间EHS管理经验优先
