Purpose of the Job

 

  • In charge of daily production of Qingdao Alstom, to plan, organize and control production, to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, to standard and within budget under EHS requirement.

 

Objectives & Responsibilities

 

  • To ensure Alstom Qingdao EHS objectives are met in shop floor
  • To lead APSYS (Alstom Production System) and optimize production lead time, WIP, efficiency and quality level.
  • To set production plan, able to drive mitigation plan with input/output change, under preventive mode
  • To develop skill matrix, bring production team flexibility and to manage team human resources.
  • To ensure production equipment/tools are well planned and under good maintenance level with 0 breakdown.
  • To ensure work instruction are fully implemented at all workstations, and meet process/final quality requirement
  • To analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions when deviation found in production.
  • To monitor and review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement
  • To ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management

Educational Requirements

 

Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial, mechanical, logistic are preferred

Technical Knowledge / Experience

 

  • 5 years experience in industrial company, at list 3 years production management in multinational company
  • Strong communication and team management skill
  • Knowledge of quality systems and standards including PFMEA
  • Rich experience in small batch production mode
  • Solid computer skills especially EXCEL
  • Fluent spoken English
