Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous and process-oriented expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and detail-focused teammates. You'll ensure the seamless execution of the logistics process by managing the physical flow of goods, aligning system data with physical operations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain Management, Quality Assurance, Production), uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental standards, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
• Applying safety rules to comply with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies,
• Handling goods and equipment such as trolleys safely and responsibly,
• Following all safety, environmental, and emergency procedures,
• Actively participating in safety initiatives, reporting near misses, and attending safety meetings,
• Notifying Warehouse Management of any safety, housekeeping, or maintenance issues requiring attention,
• Performing Information system updates and ERP transactions (Enterprise Resource Planning) before each physical movement using IT tools,
• Using ERP transactions to ensure alignment between physical and system flows and understanding their interactions,
• Identifying, addressing anomalies, and reporting unresolved issues to the manager,
• Prioritising activities based on emergencies, such as managing missing parts,
• Ensuring the preservation of materials throughout all processes

• Experience or understanding of logistics operations and material handling,
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental policies and regulations,
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and IT tools for inventory management,
• Strong communication skills to report issues and participate in safety meetings,
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment,
• Problem-solving skills to detect and treat anomalies,
• Proactive in proposing continuous process improvements,
• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in inventory and system updates,
• Commitment to preserving material integrity throughout all processes.
