Could you be the full-time onsite Material Planning Manager in Plattsburgh, NY, US we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive supply chain management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, resilient, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead a dynamic team in revolutionizing material planning processes and strategies, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Planning, Logistics, Production, Procurement, Quality, Engineering & Industrialization, Finance), manage supplier performance and master data, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Lead supplier escalation process and support Material Planners with Supplier’s KPI performance,

Apply core model process for material planning activities and ensure the accuracy of master data,

Manage Supplier's performance KPIs and collaborate with Procurement on risk management,
-
Evaluate risk/impact on production/projects and set up recovery actions with stakeholders,
-
Ensure effective communication routines with Suppliers based on their delivery performances,
-
Manage team performance, develop competencies, and provide feedback during Performance Management Cycle,
-
Engage with cross-functional teams to drive material planning efficiency,
-
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes.

Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain,

Experience in Supply Chain activities and projects,

Knowledge of Materials requirements planning and Inventory management & Material Planning techniques,

Familiarity with SAP or similar ERPs, and audits,
-
Previous Team Management experience and strong leadership skills,
-
Acumen in Industrial scheduling and Lean Management.

Base Salary Range: $81,500 - $95,000
