Could you be the full-time onsite Material Planning Manager in Plattsburgh, NY, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive supply chain management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, resilient, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead a dynamic team in revolutionizing material planning processes and strategies, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Industrial Planning, Logistics, Production, Procurement, Quality, Engineering & Industrialization, Finance), manage supplier performance and master data, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Lead supplier escalation process and support Material Planners with Supplier’s KPI performance,

  • Apply core model process for material planning activities and ensure the accuracy of master data,

  • Manage Supplier's performance KPIs and collaborate with Procurement on risk management,

  • Evaluate risk/impact on production/projects and set up recovery actions with stakeholders,

  • Validate delivery performance KPIs and action plans with internal and external stakeholders,

  • Ensure effective communication routines with Suppliers based on their delivery performances,

  • Manage team performance, develop competencies, and provide feedback during Performance Management Cycle

  • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain,

  • Experience or understanding of Supply Chain activities and projects,

  • Knowledge of Materials requirements planning and Inventory management & Material Planning techniques,

  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERPs, and audits,

  • Team Management capabilities,

  • Acumen in Industrial scheduling and Lean Management,

  • A global vision with the ability to manage complexity and drive performance improvement
