Accountabilities

 

  • Engage and support managers and employees.
  • Ensure positive and productive Employee and Industrial Relations.
  • Advise, support and influence local management on all HR related issues, policies and processes.
  • Understand and prioritise business needs, and translate them into HR actions.
  • Implement Corporate HR strategy locally.
  • Master our HRIS systems, data accuracy, and metrics to measure HR performances.
  • Supervise, lead one HR trainee.
  • Develop the HR budget submission and remain accountable. 
  • Ensure workforce planning is current and recruitments launched accordingly.
  • Develop local corporate network, in support of future recruitments.
  • Makes sure the process of induction and probationary period is performed.
  • Administer our annual salary review and STI/bonus payments on time;
  • Implement the Alstom performance management system;

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

Bachelors degree, majoring in human resources, psychology, business studies, or social science

Desirable:

  • MBA  with specialization in HR Organization Development
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or similar

Experience

Mandatory:

  • 10 years HR experience in a similar industry/environment
  • Previous Generalist HR management experience covering all areas of HR management practice.
  • Influence and resilience within a matrix organization structure
  • Professional expertise in employment law issues, redundancies,  payroll and employee relations
  • Fluent in the English language, written and spoken.

Desirable:

  • Experience of HR operational aspects (Talent availability, Salary & Benefit, Legal/Labour Compliance, Income Tax, Social Context)
