Your future role
Objective
The Technical Publications and Training Supervisor is in charge of coordinating the production of departmental deliverables across project portfolio in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The Supervisor will also support tenders, prior to projec act award and maintain the department project schedule
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
The Supervisor is in charge of department activities, including :
- Management of work-package: scope, quality, cost, schedule.
- Ownership of the department project schedule.
- Interface with customer and Project Manager about contractual production deliverables.
- Manage the team and/or subcontractors undertaking the projects' activities
- Production of deliverables including, but not limited to the following: operating manuals, maintenance manuals, spares catalogue, special tools, training to drivers and maintenance workers.
- Manage Work Package review with the projects.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline or comprable experience.
Qualifications
Required:
- Familiar with Alstom processes.
- 2 - 5 years in a project controls / planning or project management role.
- Proficient in P6 scheduling software
- Direct customer interfacing
- S&OP / Work Package managemnt / resource loading experience\
- Proficient in Ody.C Project Management software
- Familiarity with resource allocation tool
Desirable:
- Supervisory experience
- Experience in ISR - Processes
- Experience in Technical Maintenance Documentation - Process, Standards & Tools
- Experience in Tech Pubs/Training environment (maintenance) in Railways industy.
Working Conditions (Industrial/Environmental)
Minimal travel may be required (up to 10%)
