Your future role

Here’s the job offer based on the provided information and template: --- **Take on a new challenge and apply your project management expertise in a dynamic and collaborative field.** You’ll work alongside **dedicated and results-oriented** teammates. You'll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of all the ISR (Integrated Services Readiness) deliverables, such as technical publications, special tools, maintainability analysis, and training activities across multiple projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (**engineering, suppliers, project management**), oversee a multidisciplinary team, and ensure deliverables meet quality and financial objectives, and much more. --- Let me know if I can assist further!

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading the ISR team located in Pittsburgh to deliver technical publications, special tools, maintainability analysis, and training deliverables. ,

  • Managing human and financial resources required to complete projects, including cost control and budget tracking. ,

  • Conducting monthly tracking of project budgets for each specific contract with department supervisors, resource profiling with the department director, and full budget alignment with financial analysts. ,

  • Ensuring careful control of all expenditures and proper assignment of timesheet hours to corresponding projects. ,

  • Scheduling and planning all activities related to the production, assembly, and delivery of ISR deliverables. ,

  • Analyzing technical specifications and preparing bid cost estimates for all RFPs (Requests for Proposal). ,

  • Supervising a multidisciplinary team, including planning, coordination, and staff evaluations. ,

  • Communicating regularly with key stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, and project management teams. ,

  • Assessing change requests and ensuring the quality of deliverables. ,

  • Ensuring delivery milestones are met to achieve financial success for projects averaging $10 million.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related experience ,

  • 5 years of experience in technical publications and training ,

  • 2 years experience managing employees ,

  • Strong planning knowledge and organizational skills ,

  • Negotiating skills with internal departments and customers ,

  • Experience in the transportation industry (considered an asset) ,

  • Proficiency in analyzing and preparing bids and documentation ,

  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams ,

  • Leadership and team management skills ,

  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic work environment
