Could you be the full-time hybrid Team Lead, Automatic Train Supervision in Pittsburgh, PA, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive and specialized expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates. You'll lead the charge in shaping the future of Automatic Train Supervision by delivering exceptional software solutions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Product Management, Solution Roadmapping), ensuring the alignment of software delivery with strategic objectives, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Creation, maintenance, and driving of development and execution plan (aligned with solution roadmap and transversal footprint strategy),

  • Ensuring the required competence and skills of the Team,

  • Strategic planning for future ATS development, aligned with CITYFLO and INTERFLO solution management,

  • Regular reporting to Product Family on progress and status,

  • Growth of the competency and expertise in the new EBI Screen organization,

  • Delivery of Generic Product Development (including architecture, new features, and support),

  • Oversight of Specific Application Engineering & Sub-system Testing

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is preferred or equivalent experience.,

  • 7+ years of experience in Signaling Systems, Automatic Train Supervision, Traffic Management System, Centralized Traffic Control, or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition is preferred.,

  • 1+ years of experience leading a matrixed organization working with global teams.,

  • Experience with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).,

  • Experience with software development and graphic user interfaces.,

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.,

  • A continuous improvement mindset with a commitment to achieving excellence.
