Could you be the full-time remote Talent Manager-Organizational Development in Pittsburgh, PA, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive talent management and organizational development expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates. You'll actively promote the Alstom Talent Management strategy by developing strong partnerships with the Global Talent Management team, the Americas Talent Management team, the Americas HR community, and business/operations leadership. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as HR Business Partners, business leaders, and the learning & development department), manage and enhance employee engagement strategies, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to support the People Management Cycle,

  • Implementing scalable trainings, workshops, and educational resources,

  • Leading a sustainable employee engagement strategy across the employee life cycle in the Americas,

  • Managing and assessing learning & development resources including educational assistance and recognition programs,

  • Conducting continuous assessments and data analysis within our learning management system,

  • Providing world-class end-user customer service support for all learning platforms and troubleshooting technical issues,

  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners and business leaders to address local learning needs and budgets,

  • Designing and supporting programs for performance management, career development, succession planning, and leadership growth,

  • Participating in HR projects and initiatives to contribute to the Americas Talent Management strategy


All about you

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,

  • Experience or understanding of talent management strategies and employee engagement,

  • Knowledge of performance management, career development, and succession planning,

  • Familiarity with learning management systems and educational resources,

  • A certification in Human Resource Management or Talent Development is preferred,

  • Strong analytical skills to assess and improve training initiatives,

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities,

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work autonomously,

  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives with resilience and adaptability,

  • Capacity for continuous learning and applying new methodologies in organizational development,

  • Versatility in collaborating with diverse teams across different geographic locations,

  • French as a second language, preferred
