Integrate and deliver the Railway Signaling Products in line with the Product Roadmap and as agreed with the Program Manager. Play the key role between Engineering Design team and Project delivery team to make sure an integrated solution is delivered to the projects and the customer.




  • Define and update system release strategy (System demonstration Plan, Phased Release Plan). 
  • Define and update the plan for rolling-out the Cityflo650 CBTC functions (via incremental system baseline versions); ensure that the proposed sequence of activities is achievable, check dependencies, propose mitigations and re-plan as required. The output of this activity is a roll-out plan agreed with the customer, and the successful deployment of the system baseline on the line.
  • The Systems Integrator shall be responsible for all software integration activities to make sure all subsystems are working according to the defined interface documents between the sub-systems.
  • Coordinate system integration working group regular meetings and actions (participants include railroad customers and subsystems suppliers). 
  • Lead the review, categorization, prioritization and resolution planning of system and subsystem non-conformities.
  • Review integration issues, coordinate agreement on the resolution, assign and follow-up actions to resolve integration issues.
  • Coordinate with subsystems leads (internal and external to BT) to confirm agreement and acceptance of the software version plan, control changes and align the plan. Gather inputs and update all PVIs (Product Version Information - it contains the definition of the software versions, including any limitations).
  • Perform configuration reviews, technically lead the Change Control Board (CCB) with the Program Manager




  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or computer related field.  Or, may have a minimum of 4 years of exerience in signalling, or control automation.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in signaling, or control automation
  • Experience with Product Design/Architecture, Hw, Sw, V&V, RAM, and/or Safety
  • Basic understanding of networking principles
  • Software development experience (System, Hw, Sw, V&V, RAM) in similar products environments (preferred)
  • Familiar with software safety processes (e.g. EN50128) is preferred  
  • Ability to state and take decisions in multiple choices situations
