Your Role, Your Impact

  • Design scalable system architectures integrating signaling, traction, and control systems using model-based engineering tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system requirements with project goals and customer expectations.
  • Ensure reliability and safety through rigorous validation, verification, and compliance with EN 50128 and ISO/IEC standards.
  • Drive innovation by introducing digital twin methodologies and advanced simulation frameworks for system optimization.
  • Promote knowledge sharing through documentation, technical workshops, and mentoring within the engineering community.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in SysML and MBSE tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler or Capella.
  • Experience defining system interfaces and integration strategies for complex rail systems.
  • Strong understanding of safety-critical software and hardware co-design principles.
  • Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable system requirements.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and technical excellence.
