Could you be the full-time hybrid Site Planning Director in Pittsburgh, PA, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive project management and scheduling expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates. You'll ensure the "On Time Delivery" of Customer contractual milestones for all Projects by destination in your area of responsibility. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (project management, development, production), promote continuous improvement culture to enhance site performances, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring achievable and winning planning for tenders with main milestones and risks identified, with the support of the corresponding Product Line,

  • Ensuring application of all planning processes, particularly execution of the strategic planning processes,

  • Ensuring application of standard scheduling tools and accuracy of planning data,

  • Preparing different scenarios for the coming 36 months according to commercial and industrial inputs considering long-term function workloads and internal and suppliers’ capacity,

  • Setting up additional specific local instructions in line with the central planning processes,

  • Ensuring planning coherency between the different functions in the area, and planning alignment with other areas and sites,

  • Guaranteeing respect of contractual committed deliveries on time,

  • Managing and animating the planners’ community in your area (competencies, adequation with workload)

  • Degree in Engineering or Business,

  • Experience or understanding of project management execution in industrial/construction worlds,

  • Knowledge of scheduling processes and tools, specifically Primavera 6,

  • Familiarity with the railway industry or related construction project planning,

  • Rigorous, structured, and capable of multi-tasking,

  • Collaborative, accountable, transparent with a sense of anticipation,

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English,

  • Comfortable in an international and multi-cultural environment
