Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your cost estimation and pricing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and driven teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring competitive, accurate, and robust bid submissions that align with strategic pricing objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Bid Management, finance tender control, and technical teams), lead cost optimization activities, and mentor Bid Cost Managers in the team, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • You’ll specifically take care of leading cost estimation and pricing activities during the pre-tendering and tender phases to ensure competitive, accurate, and robust bid submissions, but also collaborating closely with Bid Management, finance tender control, and technical teams to optimize costs and align with strategic pricing objectives.,

  • Establishing Selling Policy Rates for new and existing customers. ,

  • Maintaining the bid cost estimation/consolidation template for bids and variation orders.

  • Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Project Finance, or other applied science degrees. ,

  • Experience or understanding of Bid Costing, Project Control, and cost estimation processes. ,

  • Knowledge of financial analysis, benchmarking, and market price analysis. ,

  • Familiarity with tendering processes and pricing strategies. ,

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen. ,

  • Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams. ,

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. ,

  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. ,

  • Proficiency in developing and managing reporting dashboards. ,

  • A continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends and practices.
