Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your radio frequency network design expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and driven teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of Network & Telecommunication sub-system designs, meeting Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments while driving continuous improvement and technical excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (installation teams, cybersecurity teams, power experts), support the functional validation phase of the sub-system, and actively collaborate with other sub-system Design Leaders and the Project Architect to ensure overall project performance, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Ensuring QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments for the Network & Telecommunication sub-system Design and managing trade-offs between work packages,

Elaborating Network & Telecommunication sub-system Design specifications (Preliminary Design & Detailed Design) in line with engineering rules and best practices,

Creating and maintaining the Network & Telecommunication sub-system Bill of Quantities (BoQ) and supporting the installation manager,

Maintaining close follow-up on technical gaps and ensuring consistency in external interfaces with the Network & Telecommunication sub-system,
-
Supervising and participating in system deliveries, including requirements, system documentation, and performance,

Supporting the functional validation phase of the Network & Telecommunication sub-system and managing configuration iterations throughout the project lifecycle.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical, or Telecommunications, or equivalent experience - Radio Frequency knowledge is mandatory,

Experience or understanding of Radio Frequency (mandatory requirement) in an industrial or related environment,

Knowledge of wireless/radio design principles and telecommunications/networking projects,
-
Familiarity with quality processes and methodologies in engineering design,
-
Resilience and problem-solving skills to support installation and commissioning teams,
- Willingness to travel to Canada and within the U.S.
