Could you be the full-time hybrid Project Engineering Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned Project Engineering Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, driven, and collaborative teammates. You'll manage the technical contractual scope of the project in front of the customer, ensuring that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, cost, delivery, and performance. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as System Integration, Configuration Management, and Validation & Commissioning), lead the project solution deployment, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing the technical contractual scope of the project in front of the customer,

  • Being accountable for performance and the customer acceptance of the project solution,

  • Managing the project technical risks and the corresponding mitigation plan,

  • Raising variation order in case of contractual scope evolution and managing it together with the Project Manager,

  • Identifying applicable regulations in the customer country/city and ensuring they are taken into account in project solution design,

  • Ensuring that all requirements of the contract are fully addressed throughout the project lifecycle,

  • Being accountable for System Deployment and Integration (SDI) Work Packages QCDP (quality, cost, delivery, and performance),

  • Providing all technical documents to the project core team members for activities related to the SDI Work Packages,

  • Defining the Engineering Strategy, formalizing it inside the Engineering Management Plan (EMP) and ensuring its deployment,

  • Being accountable for project documentation approval by customer, and supporting sub-system managers and engineering leaders for sub-system documentation approval

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related scientific subject,

  • Knowledge of Project Engineering Management principles including Technical Leadership, Scope Management, and Risk Management,

  • Familiarity with Requirements Management, Configuration Control, and Change Management,

  • Proven ability to manage Planning and Scheduling for complex projects,

  • Expertise in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and contract requirements,

  • Demonstrated success in System Deployment and Integration,

  • Leadership in coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams,

  • Competence in Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance (QCDP) management
