Duties: Organize the program development process and its continuous improvement. Prepare, share, and maintain the Engineering Management Plan together with the program core team and program support team addressing: the Program development strategy (design, Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM), Cybersecurity, Verification and Validation (V&V), baselines roadmap and sustaining; processes, tailoring, and agreed deviations (WR); Technical risks and hard technical topics; and identification of technical referents (Experts, CCN, end users, etc.). Review other program engineering plans to ensure efficiency & consistency with the Engineering Management Plan (EMP). Participate in métiers reviews. Organize with the core team members to capture and perform activities for continuous improvement (Return of Experience on the program engineering’s organization, strategy, process, decisions, metrics, etc.) and production of métier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Lead program development activities to deliver program items according to the QCD commitment. Develop design-to-cost approach to decrease system/product deployment cost and product unit cost. Ensure application of decision making (design choices, make or buy, roadmap, etc.) and validate decisions with the program stakeholders. Technically support users for program needs definition and issues.

 

 

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered or in a Program Development Manager-related occupation.
