Could you be the full-time hybrid Procurement Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, US we’re looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive procurement and sourcing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and skilled teammates. You'll act as the procurement representative in the Cluster/Country, making significant contributions that impact organizational strategies and project executions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Supplier Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Engineering), support Site Procurement Directors and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

• Maintaining a close link with Global Procurement to deploy Global strategies and achieve synergies,

• Applying & supporting Alstom Transport Procurement rules, process & tools,

• Motivating, inspiring, and continuously developing your team in a multicultural interface to improve competencies,

• Bringing Procurement expertise to support the local buyer team,

• Welcoming new resources, managing their local integration, and ensuring their coaching by senior colleagues

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field,

• Experience or understanding of procurement/sourcing practices and strategies,

• Leadership and ability to inspire and motivate a multicultural team,

• Knowledge of team management and development,

• Adaptability to work in a matrix environment
