Could you be the full-time hybrid ITC Senior Engineer in Pittsburgh, PA, US we’re looking for?


Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your in-depth technical and leadership expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and ensure the execution of critical Installation and Test & Commissioning (T&C) activities, making a significant impact on the success and safety of railway signaling systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Installation, Safety, and Validation), supervise installation contractors, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring ITC activities are performed correctly, on time, and in line with Alstom standards,

  • Collaboration with the ITC Manager/PrCOM to plan ITC activities and resources,

  • Preparation and execution of tests, defect identification, and leading a clean test execution strategy,

  • Governance of Installation and T&C processes within the project team,

  • Supervision of installation contractors to ensure scope delivery meets Alstom's quality standards

  • Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science or Embedded Systems,

  • Experience or understanding of Installation, Tests & Commissioning (T&C) activities for signaling Projects,

  • Knowledge of railway and signaling system,

  • Experience with network hardware configuration and troubleshooting,

  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills,

  • Able to communicate in an open and clear manner with various stakeholders,

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
