Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates.
You'll drive the financial strategy and performance of key projects, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and local regulations, while optimizing project outcomes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Contract Management, and Regional Finance teams), provide financial analysis and guidance, and contribute to negotiation processes to secure project success, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Leading finances for projects to enhance overall performance.,

  • Ensuring project accounting aligns with company guidelines.,

  • Participating in the overall project management process alongside Project Managers.,

  • Partnering with the Project Manager to ensure financial strategy success.,

  • Providing financial analysis, advice, and guidance to support project decision-making.,

  • Analyzing execution performance and proposing action plans to improve contract margin and cash profile.,

  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations, including tax and statutory accounts.,

  • Coaching the Finance Project Manager community to implement agility, simplification, and efficiency.,

  • Articulating project performance and financial insights at the executive level."

  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or other related field (MBA or Master's in Finance preferred). ,

  • Experience or understanding of financial management in large and complex projects. ,

  • Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred). ,

  • Familiarity with financial analysis, risk management, and project performance optimization. ,

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. ,

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. ,

  • Leadership and the ability to influence others effectively. ,

  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset. ,

  • Integrity, resilience, and a proactive attitude. ,

  • Ability to articulate key project messages at an executive level.
