Could you be the full-time hybrid Finance Project Manager in Pittsburgh, PA, US we’re looking for?

 

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive financial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, strategic-minded teammates. You'll lead finances for projects of medium/low criticality to enhance the overall performance, ensuring project accounting aligns with company guidelines. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Contract & Claim Management, Regional Business Review), participate in the financial strategy for project success, and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Participating in overall Project Management processes jointly with Project Manager(s), Engineers and Quality Teams to ensure accurate forecasting and adherence to budgets.

  • Managing cash flow by tracking third-party cash inflows, managing invoices, and ensuring proper bookkeeping,

  • Controlling project costs and providing analysis for effective planning and cash management,

  • Being the main partner for the Financial Strategy success of the project,

  • Participating in preparation, reviews, and validation of key projects,

  • Supporting and participating in Regions biannual portfolio reviews,

  • Ensuring compliance of finance rules in project review preparation and throughout project execution.

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or university equivalent,

  • Experience or understanding of finance management in medium to low criticality projects,

  • Knowledge of project accounting in accordance with company guidelines,

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP,

  • Ability to work autonomously and apply strategic thinking, analytical mindset with a talent for synthesizing complex information,

  • Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
