To define the schedule strategy and develop associated schedules for proper execution of the project in

contract phase based on the customer RFP & QCD commitment of each stakeholder involved in the tender.




  • Analyze the schedule management requirements of the Customer (contractual tool, schedule structure, reporting constraint)
  • Detail the tender schedule based on Reference Library templates, gap analysis, Métiers commitments, and PSO, PDO & PIO tender strategy.
  • Highlight the critical path and risks linked to the schedule and ensure REX from similar projects is integrated
  • Propose a strategy as regard to the compliance with the contractual requirements
  • Consolidate all schedule assumption to be used by Bid manager in the tender and verifying QCD commitment provided comply with assumptions
  • Participate to the definition of the schedule interfaces with the partners and the Customer ( when required)
  • Ensure all QCD commitment on deliverables are built into a Project schedule and Alstom schedule in commercial offer has float vs those QCD commitment.
  • On time delivery of the Alstom schedule for commercial offer down to the requested level (level of details of the Alstom schedule to be defined at start of tender based on type of tender)
  • Estimate the cost of Scheduling management effort.
  • Apply the Project Scheduling Process
  • Contribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, share of best practices.




  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline, OR rail industry background in signaling equivalent related experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of Primavera and/or MS Project planning software experience
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to work independently, trustworthy and self-motivated; and proactive.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team
  • Strict attention to detail and process oriented
  • Strong communication skills & time management skills
  • Up to 10% travel
