Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your project and bid management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in delivering winning proposals, ensuring Tender Quality Costs Delivery Performance (QCDP) commitments are met for high or medium critical bids. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business (including Tender Leaders, Sub-System Bid Managers, and Support Functions), coordinate tender preparation activities, and drive compliance with Alstom’s rules and processes, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinating internal activities to identify and understand customer needs.,

  • Promoting the company and its product offerings.,

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable Alstom rules, instructions, and ethical guidelines.,

  • Managing the tender process and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.,

  • Collaborating closely with the Tender Leader and multidisciplinary tender teams.,

  • Building and managing the tender schedule to prepare and deliver the offer on time.,

  • Analyzing requests for proposals (RFP) and defining bid operational strategies.,

  • Preparing and issuing Instructions for Quotation (IFQ) and other critical documentation.,

  • Driving QCD optimization and obtaining clear commitments from stakeholders.,

  • Preparing technical descriptions, compliance matrices, risk reviews, and customer-facing documentation."

  • Degree in Business or other related discipline ,

  • Experience or understanding of Project/Bid Management, including costing, planning, and risk management ,

  • Knowledge of financial rules (e.g., consolidated costs, cash curve, hedging), contractual aspects (e.g., bonds, guarantees), and legal obligations ,

  • Strong communication and reporting skills ,

  • Familiarity with tender processes and customer interactions ,

  • Negotiation skills ,

  • Ability to manage efficient teamwork under tight deadlines and high-pressure conditions ,

  • Customer-oriented mindset ,

  • Resilience and adaptability when navigating complex projects,

  • Good sense of anticipation and problem-solving skills
