Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your strategic and commercial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You'll lead and manage external and internal activities during critical tenders, defining and aligning the winning strategy to secure new orders for Alstom Rolling Stock business. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Technical, Legal), lead all customer relationship and internal activities during the tender process, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:

Defining, aligning, and implementing the winning strategy to secure new orders for Alstom Rolling Stock business,

Leading and managing the tender process from start to finish,

Conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends,

Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers,
-
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic objectives are met,
-
Developing and presenting proposals that align with client needs and Alstom's capabilities,
-
Negotiating contracts and closing deals that contribute to Alstom's growth and market presence

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field,

Experience or understanding of business development and sales strategies,

Knowledge of the transportation or rolling stock industry,

Ability to lead cross-functional teams,

Strong communication and interpersonal skills,

Strategic thinking and analytical skills,

Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment,

Proven track record of managing customer relationships,

Able to travel as requiered.
This role is expected to transition to Project Leadership role upon award of bid activity.
