Key accountabilities:

  • Supply engineering resource/skills to support tenders and projects.
  • Collaborates with Services Engineering and Platforms, to improve the Services portfolio of products and services.
  • Participates actively in the Services Engineering network.
  • Assures the technical support to the projects.
  • Optimizes the scope and related tasks of the Maintenance plan.
  • Supports cost reduction actions, with sourcing and industrial.
  • Detects, defines, and implements the modifications of the maintained products to improve the reliability and serviceability, in order to reduce project costs and improve the performances of the systems.
  • Proposes innovative solutions and develops and implements R&D programs and new technologies in the maintenance projects.
  • Analyses the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them.
  • Propose actions to optimize Maintenance plans and LCC.
  • Searches for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities with Operations Engineers (depot support).
  • Promotes the use of the latest maintenance technics and R&D developments (CBM, RCM, Lean).
  • Participates in the REX process.
  • Analyses failure criticality studies and uses RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and other available methodologies to define and optimize the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals.
  • Analyses and integrates data coming from Operations (Return on Experience).
  • Manages interface with other Product Lines’ Metiers.
  • Improve Services Engineering tools & processes.

 

Performance measurements:

TD, QCD, PMC, Project reliability / availability / cost targets

  • Educational Requirements
  • Electrical and electronics engineer

Experience

Mandatory:

  • 3-5 years of experience  in engineering
  •  Certification of Head electrician
  • Knowledge of reading electrical plans and electrical drawings
  • Technical and systemic vision
  • Writing engineering reports
  • Ability to write checklists and work processes.

Desirable:

  • Working knowledge of safety management systems and safety risk assessment
  • Ability to follow the annual maintenance plan and meet its goals
