Key accountabilities:
- Supply engineering resource/skills to support tenders and projects.
- Collaborates with Services Engineering and Platforms, to improve the Services portfolio of products and services.
- Participates actively in the Services Engineering network.
- Assures the technical support to the projects.
- Optimizes the scope and related tasks of the Maintenance plan.
- Supports cost reduction actions, with sourcing and industrial.
- Detects, defines, and implements the modifications of the maintained products to improve the reliability and serviceability, in order to reduce project costs and improve the performances of the systems.
- Proposes innovative solutions and develops and implements R&D programs and new technologies in the maintenance projects.
- Analyses the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them.
- Propose actions to optimize Maintenance plans and LCC.
- Searches for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities with Operations Engineers (depot support).
- Promotes the use of the latest maintenance technics and R&D developments (CBM, RCM, Lean).
- Participates in the REX process.
- Analyses failure criticality studies and uses RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and other available methodologies to define and optimize the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals.
- Analyses and integrates data coming from Operations (Return on Experience).
- Manages interface with other Product Lines’ Metiers.
- Improve Services Engineering tools & processes.

- Educational Requirements
- Electrical and electronics engineer

Mandatory:
- 3-5 years of experience in engineering
- Certification of Head electrician
- Knowledge of reading electrical plans and electrical drawings
- Technical and systemic vision
- Writing engineering reports
- Ability to write checklists and work processes.

- Working knowledge of safety management systems and safety risk assessment
- Ability to follow the annual maintenance plan and meet its goals
