Your Future Role
As a Serial Production Controller, you will play a key role in scheduling and controlling daily operations on the production line to ensure timely manufacturing in line with the Master Production Schedule (MPS). This is a critical support function for our manufacturing team working on the METRONET project. This is a full time, 12 months fixed term contract.

We are proud to be delivering the METRONET Railcar Program, one of Western Australia’s most significant public transport projects. This program will transform Perth’s rail network with modern, sustainable trains built locally at our Bellevue facility. 

What You’ll Do
•    Launch, coordinate, and monitor progress of Work Orders according to the MPS.
•    Provide weekly feedback to planning teams to update the MPS based on operational constraints.
•    Collaborate with logistics, material planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
•    Define and implement improvement action plans for component-related issues.
•    Maintain continuous material flow to the production line.

What We’re Looking For
•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
•    Some experience in automotive, fabrication, or metal industries is desirable.
•    Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
