Your future role
We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Administrator to join us in Perth as our Office Administrator for our Service Support Services Agreement (SSA) contract. In this role you will be a critical part of the team and be a key contact for our St Georges Terrace office, where you will be based 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. You will primarily be responsible for office management and support, facilities maintenance coordination and assisting in the Project Director with travel and diary management.
We’ll also look to you for;
- Managing access cards – maintain register and allocate cards.
- Maintaining and coordinating office access for visitors and Alstom Corporate guests.
- Reception management.
- PPE – Maintain supply for the project.
- Budget – Management of all PRs and POs for office Administration i.e. Rent payments, electricity, parking, coffee machine etc.
- Business cards – placing and managing orders as required.
- Coordinating Alstom events (Ru OK day, International Women's day) – key contact for ordering / managing catering PR/PO.
- Key register - maintain security and storage of keys.
- Kitchen - maintain kitchen supplies and kitchen equipment.
- Administration of desk booking software.
- Onboarding new employees with site and company information.
- Providing leave coverage for the Site based Project Coordinator (maintaining a Perth based presence).

- A self-motivated individual who works well in a dynamic role that is integral to the support and success of both the Office environment and the greater project.
- Excellent communications skills you will be experienced in both written and verbal communication to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Be highly organised and structured by nature and be able to demonstrate this through previous experience.
- Technologically savvy with skills in MS Office and experience with an ERP (preferred).
- Significant experience in a similar role or a role that would easily adapt to the Office Administrator position.
