Join us on full time permanent basis based out of Perth CBD. You will be required to have flexibility and mobility in the workplace while supporting the overall Documentation Management for HCS Project in Perth.
Take on a new challenge and apply your documentation management requirements with our customer, while suggesting improvements of activities. You'll be reporting to the Project Director, while managing a team of Documentation Controllers as per project needs. Accountable of the deployment and execution of the documentation management process.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update Documentation Management Plans (DMP)
- Performs the role of EDMS Key User & first level support to EDMS users
- Ensures documentation is properly validated before any submission to customer
- Adapts and implements the documentation structure in accordance with standards.
- Defines, assigns and follows the contractual deliverables for the technical and management documentation categories in the contractual deliverable requirement list
- Manages and deploys EDMS with tools support team & train new users and manage access right to EDMS.
- Defines & analyses documentation reporting

- Bachelor’s Degree Technical Documentation or similar
- Railway and signalling knowledge
