The position of Turnkey Projects Director drives the complete portfolio of Alstom Turnkey projects, supporting the mobilization and execution of projects with high criticality according to the contractual requirements and customer expectations to maximize the results with respect to performance and delivering on time.




  • Monitor the complete portfolio of Alstom Turnkey projects

  • Support Regions for project set-up: Project Manager and specialized resources mobilization, REX sharing, specific processes start-up

  • Support Turnkey Project Managers / Directors (functional link) during project execution

  • Coordinate specific support on Turnkey Planning & Construction and ensure Technical Authority for OPC (Construction Coordination)




Project mobilization / staffing / follow-up of Turnkey specialized resources

  • Work with the PM during the project mobilization phase to identify core team/ allocate to the project all specialized Turnkey resources

  • Together with Turnkey HR BP, centrally follow all specialized Turnkey resources allocated to the projects and supervise career management for this population


Project execution

  • Support projects start-up

  • Represent Turnkey Platform in all project meetings


Scheduling & Construction Coordination

  • Support projects to set up scheduling processes & elaborate master schedule

  • Support projects to set up construction coordination processes

  • Design authority for scheduling & construction coordination

  • Elaborate schedule & construction strategy for Turnkey bids


Operational link between Project Support and Turnkey Project Directors/Managers:

  • Foster networking between turnkey project management community

  • Collect best practices & REX sharing between projects



  • Strategic vision in understanding market needs & competitive trends.

  • Experience in Turnkey project management and relationship with external stakeholders (customers, CW and E&M partners, etc)

  • Fluent English
