Your mission

 

Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to hire passionate and talented engineers to develop our railway products and solutions. From design to project execution, up to maintenance and to technological development, every role we are recruiting is committed to shape the evolution of mobility, to lead the way to a greener and smarter mobility, worldwide.

 

What are your responsibilities?

 

Manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process: work closely with hiring manager and HR to define jobs requirements, set the recruitment strategy, drive the interviews process, conduct interviews, give recommendation upon compensations package, negotiate offers and participate to onboarding.

Deliver the best experience to candidates throughout all process.

 

Develop innovative sourcing strategies using all the available tools available (ATS, social media, digital channels, recruiting events, referral programs ….) to fill the open positions.

 

Search proactively for a diverse pool of top industry talent using various recruiting methods.

 

Provide guidance to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

 

Collaborate with other stakeholders (Admin, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development etc.) to ensure a smooth-running candidate experience.

 

Follow Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements to identify improvements. (candidate pipeline, diversity metrics, time to fill, workforce planning, ramp-up status …)

 

Stay updated on latest recruiting and industry trends to continuously evolve candidate pipeline and service levels.

 

What do you need to qualify for this job?

 

  •  A minimum of 3 years successful experience in recruitment, ideally recruiting Engineers, IS&T or Technical profiles.
  • Human Resources Degree or Business / Engineering Degree with specialisation in HR
  • Strong sourcing skills, capacity to identify and attract the best talent of the market.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, ability to interface with diverse stakeholders.
  • Drive for results, excellent time management skills, ability to handle change with ease, positive and proactive attitude.
  • Fluent Communication in French and English, as you will work every day in a multicultural and international environment.
