Stage HQ -Technical data sheets developmment and promotion (H/F/NB)

OBJECTIVES OF THE MISSION:

We are looking for an intern for our Services department within the Services Business Development team, your objectives will be Support the creation of commercial marketing material, to gather, validate and update the information for a worldwide commercial tool, support regular meetings with regions to analyze all their fleets and their subsystems and align the commercial activities.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MISSION:

You will be in charge of the following missions:

1. To gather the technical information for the P&O solutions to create the specific marketing Material
2. Creation of the product sheets and the comercial support for the sales teams
3. To support market analysis and segmentation for the Business Development Team.
4. To gather information on the installed bases of Alstom and Non-Alstom fleets.
5. To validate the information currently available in the Salesforce CRM tool.
6. To communicate effectively with the right stakeholders to enrich the information.
7. To develop sources and aid the Local teams in validating the market information.
8. To support the Business Development team with ad hoc reporting.

PROFILE:

Educational level: Bachelor degree, business school

• Database Management
• Technical skills:
  Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Basic Office Pack

Behavioural skills:

• Effective Communication Skills with a specific focus on onboarding users.
• Solution-driven mentality.
• Build strong relationships and create a good support circle.

Contract: starting in Jan-24(flexible) , Minimum 4 to 6 Months(flexible)
