The position is located at Alstom's headquarters in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, within the RSC Digital Acceleration department of the RSC Development organisation.
As the Advanced Development Solution (ADS) Expert, you will leverage your in-depth expertise of the IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) solution to empower teams in managing plans, tasks, and project status.

Your contributions will drive improvements in quality, reduce development time, and lower costs.
You will collaborate with a team of innovative, dedicated, and supportive colleagues. Your responsibilities will include supporting the deployment of the ADS to existing programmes and projects, ensuring seamless integration with our processes.

On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with teams across the business, providing support in troubleshooting and root cause identification, as well as delivering training for key users (KU)  and end-users.

Additionally, you will collect feedback to ensure our ADS solutions align with project business needs.
You will also maintain solution referential and design documentation, playing a critical role in the digital transformation of Alstom's engineering processes. 

 

Your missions will be diverse:
•    Provide functional expertise on the solution including interfaces
•    Support the ADS deployment according to schedule
•    Contribute to data migration from other systems to ADS (EWM)
•    Ensure the proper appropriation of tools and processes by users
•    Organising community reviews (KUs) and data analysis
•    Supporting troubleshooting and root cause identification
•    Coordinating verification, integration, tests, and validation activities  
•    Delivering training to enhance user competency
•    Ensuring coherence and fulfilment of ADS tools with project requirements

•    Qualified by experience or education in engineering or a related discipline.
•    Strong knowledge and 4+   years of experience with the IBM Jazz Platform or IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM) platform
•    Understanding of Engineering business processes in industrial companies

•    Excellent communication skills and a result-oriented mindset
•    Leadership qualities and a focus on business value
•    Fluency in English and willingness to work autonomously in an international environment
