Could you be the Organisational Development, Transformation & Workforce Effectiveness Manager in Paris that we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your organizational development and workforce planning and effectiveness expertise in a cutting-edge industry. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.
You will significantly contribute to the foundation of an internal Organisational Development Centre of Expertise (OD CoE) and drive workforce planning and Workforce Efficiency activities across the HR organisation.
You will work with internal stakeholders and the HR Director for Group Organizational Development & Transformation & Workforce Effectiveness to support organizational development, structure and excellence throughout ALSTOM, and this can be as part of a major restructuring or more every day changes.
You will be supporting the business in the analysis / decision process, bringing data and expertise to the table to enable these decisions, and enforcing the governance process. In addition they will build upon workforce efficiency scorecard & analytics to identify opportunities to improve the organisational performance and competitiveness (reducing costs, optimizing workforce, increasing productivity and decision making, etc.).

- 5- 8 years of seniority in an OD, Transformation & Workforce planning related HR / consultancy or inhouse role
- Experience in running HR Projects & Change management and organizational development initiatives in high-growth organizations
- Solid track record in complex E2E HR project delivery in a multicultural /international / matrix / global environment
- Proven track record on organization design and other similar projects
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
- Evidence of performing process and organizational diagnostics and root cause analysis
- Interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends is desirable.
