Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your occupational health and medical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

You'll play a key role in safeguarding employee health and fostering a culture of prevention and well-being across the organization. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, such as EHS, HR, and site management, to align occupational health strategies with corporate goals, provide expert advisory support, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of designing and overseeing occupational health programs, but also ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining and maintaining the Group Occupational Health strategy, policies, and standards
  • Designing and overseeing health programs, including health surveillance, medical assessments, and psychosocial risk initiatives
  • Providing expert guidance on complex occupational health cases and supporting crisis situations
  • Monitoring compliance with occupational health legislation and ethical standards
  • Establishing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track health trends
  • Collaborating with HR, EHS, and management to embed health considerations into business decisions

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • Medical, nursing, or allied health qualification with specialization in Occupational Health (e.g., Occupational Physician, Occupational Health Nurse, General practice physician or equivalent)
  • Recognized professional certification according to country or international standards
  • Strong understanding of occupational health regulations and best practices in a multinational environment
  • Significant experience in occupational health within large, complex, or industrial organizations
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Experience working at regional or corporate level in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
