Mission

Help our organization to identify, manage and measure specific areas of risk for the health and safety of our employees

Define the governance principles around managing the health policies across the Group (per region/country/site)

Design a clear process to report occupational Illness and manage mental health

Design and develop tools to support the Health Program

Define health KPIs and measure the efficiency of our health policies, processes and tools

Design and develop trainings regarding addictive behavior, chemical exposures, ect.

Develop with external part trainings to promote protective factor regarding mental health

Ensure the support to the Group in case of sanitary crisis

Ensure support to expatriate in collaboration with International SOS

Launch and animate health working groups & networks inside the organization

Collaborate closely with various stakeholders internally ( nurses, site doctors, HR, Managing Directors etc) and externally (health networks, third parties, International SOS).

 

Profile

  • Specialized Studies and Master degree in the occupational medicine (Doctorat et diplôme de spécialiste en médecine du travail)
  • Knowledge of mental health and ergonomics.
  • Knowledge of change management.
  • Experience in operational activities, in documentation management and crisis management
  • Collaboration and team working
  • Very good listening skills, ability to build good relationship
  • Quick decision making
  • Persuasion
