Your future role

 

Take on a new challenge and apply your HR Operations and Shared Services transformation expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates globally.


You'll lead the way in redefining HR Operations by driving digital transformation, process innovation, and operational excellence.

 

Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (HR Digital Solutions, Centers of Expertise, IS&T), steer change management initiatives to ensure adoption of new tools and processes, and manage a globally dispersed team to deliver exceptional HR services and continuous improvement-and much more.

 

We’ll look to you for:

  • Defining the digital vision for HR Operations in partnership with CoE, HR Digital Solutions (HRDS), and IS&T.,
  • Driving HR Operations digital initiatives and transformation projects across the HR Operations landscape,
  • Identifying areas to streamline end-to-end HR processes and digitize manual workflows to improve efficiency and experience,
  • Introducing innovation, including AI, through market benchmarking and external best practices,
  • Supporting solution design for all HR Operations projects, including continuous improvement initiatives, payroll, and HR administration,
  • Driving process standardization and simplification to enhance HR Operations team productivity,
  • Continuously improving service delivery quality to increase employee and stakeholder satisfaction,
  • Establishing and monitoring standardized KPIs to track performance, outcomes, and value realization,
  • Leading change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes, tools, and operating models,
  • Managing and developing a globally dispersed team, including the Data & Systems and CI (Continuous Improvement) & Service Excellence teams.

  • Strong Experience in HR Shared Services transformation and digitalization in a large, multi-national company with advanced Shared Services set-up,
  • Knowledge of core HR processes and tools such as SuccessFactors and Workday,
  • Familiarity with managing and developing globally dispersed teams in matrix organizations ,
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills ,
  • Degree in Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field,
  • A certification or communication skill in change management or stakeholder engagement ,
  • Strong business acumen in HR Operations, including expertise in budgets and chargeback models,
  • Ability to drive process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives ,
  • A global mindset with cultural awareness and data-driven decision-making capabilities ,
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to lead in fast-paced, evolving environments.
