QSE inspector will ensure the railway construction conformity versus the customer specifications and EHS procedure by performing fields audits and controls. She or he will be in charge of detecting potential non-conformities, animating their solving and securing her or his whole perimeter (PDCA process) as a quality and an EHS controller.

To fulfill this mission, the QSE inspector will participate to Quality Safety Environnement Assurance Plan deployment by performing fields inspections. These inspections aim at enforcing standard process respect, improving team customer orientation and suggesting standards improvements. A strong communication with quality and EHS manager wil be required.

 

Detailed missions :

  • Perform inspections on conformity of works and on the respect of Quality and EHS procedures ;
  • Communicate any non-conformity or deviation to the quality or the EHS manager ;
  • Prepare customer audits ;
  • Perform external control of works’ critical points ;
  • Perform destructive or non-desctructive test when required ;
  • Update QSE documentation ;
  • Participate to joint inspection of MOE or CSPS with Alstom ;
  • Participate to capitalize on non-conformity (REX, Alert communication,…)
  • Ensure the certification and the monitoring of measurement instruments calibration ;
  • Update dashboard ;
  • Communicate and make all works stakeholders aware about EHS and quality matters.
  • Participate and monitor EHS and quality actions
